Class 73/9 PLPR Test Train passes Hampden Park - 4/9/2021
In the first of today's video an UNSEEN video that dates back to the beginning of September. I find myself on a genuine trainspotting session on a beautiful day in Summer 2021, where out of the blue, I see 2 shoeboxes, 73 965 'Des O' Brien' + 73 963 'Janice' pass Hampden Park working the monthly 'Test Train' with a mega loud 2 tone. The reason why this video was split into 2 was due to the train stopping just short of the station 'which is RARE!' as the level crossing barriers hadn't been shut down so it was instructed to wait before it passed me when they had sorted the problem.
Hope you enjoyed.

A video captures a Class 73 diesel multiple unit test train passing Hampden Park in September 2021. The footage shows two units, numbered 73963 and 73965, operating as part of a monthly test service. The train was halted briefly near the station due to level crossing barriers not being closed, an unusual occurrence noted by the filmer. The video provides insight into the movement of these locomotives during a specific operational session.
