With the sweltering conditions showing its effect on the railway network, points failure at Yate left the tour standing for over 100 minutes. Due to the delay, the tour could no longer run the full branch into Tytherington as it was said the tour would lose its path into Bristol for a loco swap. When at Bristol we see 56103 and 56113 prior to backing onto the carriages for the run back to Acton with a brilliant departure from Temple Meads making the short chasing in the heat well worth it.
