This is a trubute video off Cross Country HST Class 43. With Castle sets have now been withdrawn, I thought I also do special video of Cross Country HST, as I didn't get to do them. Cross Country ran their HST 4 services from Scotland across North East coast to South West, 1 service from Leeds & 1 from Edinburgh to Plymouth, 1 Plymouth - Edinburgh, & 1 to Leeds. Sadly in September 2023 HST were retired, and been replaced by Voyagers. I still think it was a mistake to retire them as they are very relaibe and they are such a joy to ride on them, and very comfortable. This video is filmed in 2022 - 2023. Locations were Bristol Temple Meads, Bristol Parkway, Exeter St Davids & Taunton.
With all HST are gone from South West coast & Wales, railway becoming more lifeless, it will never be the same again.
