Footage from a day chasing the Atlantic Coast Express headed by Merchant Navy, 35028 Clan Line. Starting at Salisbury, the tour had a 20 minute layover for watering and servicing. A perfect opportunity to chase it to the next location, Yeovil Junction. After a brief stop, we then headed for a road bridge just west of Yeovil to capture the loco after a standing start. A pathing stop at Honiton meant another chance to get ahead, a close look at the loco before venturing to the next spot - Cranbrook. Running some 20 minutes late at this point, the loco is finally shot heading into Exeter Riverside for servicing before the return leg back to Waterloo. Finally, back on the GWML, 35028 is seen motoring through Yatton Loop, the setting sun and some dramatic cloud provided some lovely conditions for the pass.
