Severn Valley Railway | GWR 813 (NCB 11) on Test runs | D9551 RETURNS & New Gantry IN OPERATION!
I spent the afternoon at Kidderminster, filming between 13:50 and 16:20, during the Severn Valley Railway’s Standard Timetable A + 813 Test Train.
Highlights included the LMS Stanier Mogul 13268, D821 “Greyhound”, and the DMU set diagram N1 working through the station. In addition to the advertised services, there was an extra movement with D9551, seen both light engine and shunting with stock, adding some unexpected variety to the afternoon’s action.
This session gave a great mix of steam, diesel, and test train workings, making for a busy and interesting few hours at the SVR.
