For a few months in 2018 the line between Aschaffenburg & Milternberg was short of the booked units along the route, and as a result DB used a pair of 218s on 3 Dosto coaches to operate the route. Known to some British enthusiasts as the 'Short set' as it was much like Greater Anglia's short sets! A few clips were taken on the route which terminated in a snowy Milternberg. The driver was very friendly and invited me in to have a look around the cab. Filmed on the 5th of February 2018.
