On a warm summers evening, I made a trip to the beautiful Hampshire/Dorset coast and called in at the Station in Bournemouth. I captured on film the Railway Touring Company's "Royal Wessex" Rail tour returning from Weymouth to Brighton (Diverted via Southall for gauging reasons) with a splendid looking 70013 Steam locomotive (Oliver Cromwell). Amongst this were the everyday service trains formed of Class 220/221 Voyagers and the EMU Class 444s arriving and departing. I made a later visit in the summer here for yet another special, which will feature in a compilation of short visits. I hope the video takes you back to this period with fond memories.
