Continuing with my archive of video recording between the years of 1986 to 2001 this clip is of Reading station taken from the top floor of the Western Towers, this was just a short clip and captured a special hauled by steam locomotive "Union of South Africa" 60009 . All the old infrastructure can still be seen all the way as far as West Junction Yard and the old Diesel Depot. I hope the video takes you back to this period with fond memories.
