As the crowd on platform 4 builds momentum it was only a matter of time before a British Transport Police representative ushered the rail enthusiasts back down the platform stating the north end was now closed. A massive and child like over reaction, in my opinion.
We see 71000 leave Carlisle as we step back onto a Pendolino and greet her at back at Crewe.
