Description
Welcome back to CDM Transport

In this video I've started off with the anglian PLPR, which was in the hands of two ex HNRC beasts, which I knew I couldn't miss. I caught it a few times at Lincoln and back at Donny but was generally let down by it yet again this month so will be trying some different spots next month for more power, however I got some nice shots albeit less noise.

Then, I've included a couple of clips for the very short term plan working of 37419 & 219 heading north for route proving duties and weather standby. It was originally booked into York Holgate Sidings and then would be held there for half an hour before leaving via the station and up to Millerhill. Our plan was to see it thrash into Holgate Sidings after a signal check then race to catch them at York station and finally catch them storming past Darlington. However, approaching Colton Junction the tractors were 'greened' all the way to Thirsk and straight through York which completely wrecked our plans as the train was now running very early. After getting a pretty poor shot at Dringhouses we belted for the station and jumped on a train to Darlington, hoping the 37s would be looped for us to pass. Luckily we made it to Darlington before the tractors but it was quite an interesting chase.

Firstly, see 37405 lead 37610 through Lincoln, presented with a single yellow so a smooth fly by from the pair. Unfortunately some kids got in the way of my planned shot but oh well.

Next, see 37610 lead the pair onto a reversal at Boultham and then 405 leads back the other way.

Then, see 37610 glide through Lincoln now headed towards Saxilby and Doncaster.

After that, see 37405 thrash out of Doncaster, cutting back early but still a good bit of turbo from the pair.

Next, see 37419 lead Jonty Jarvis straight through Dringhouses on greens, now silent as there was no signal check as it was on the wrong line.

Finally, see 37419 destroy the silence as it annihilates the canopy of Darlington as it hits the station speed increase.

Thanks for watching!
