Well what a day that was, starting with problems at Bromsgrove which allegedly was due to the driver not knowing the road to Worcester. I then had the long drive to Dawlish Warren from Ashchurch which was going to be tight to make it with holiday traffic, and the fifty's were making up lost time so I just got set up in time at DW as my plan for most of my shots was to use two camcorders. So then I visited Dartmouth Steam Railway Kingswear and a spoons at Plympton.
But then the problems started again with heavy rain at Dawlish and a chance of getting bowled out so I did a quick move for that shot. Then my last shot it was raining again and it all went to cock, which followed a big divert due to the M5 being closed.
BUT I ENJOYED SEEING THE CLASS 50s WORKING AND SOUNDING BLOODY GREAT.
( I have noticed I've had fingers trouble in spelling Dawlish Warren)
