West Coast Railways 37668 & 47826 Storm 'The Waverley' & ECS Moves 2/8/25 & 3/8/25
Seen here a few times, 37668 stands in for a failed 45212, the tour originally being switched from different locos throughout July.
The original first spot for the real deal was Dringhouses, but due to poor weather and road closures I decided to go the station instead.
For the return I was going to go Colton, but I was given the gen it was 47 leading the return, so I stuck with York station again for the return.
First up, see 47826 storm past Church Fenton in full song with tones.
Next, see 826 wind into York before 37668 guns it away from York, it has an immaculate paint job!
After that, see 37668 fire into life at York, having been switched off for the return working.
Finally, see 37668 at full power away from York, headed back to base at Carnforth.
Thanks for watching!
