A rather delayed upload, but a magical trip in December 2019 took me to Lapland... or rather Birmingham Moor Street to see Vintage Trains' rendition of 'The Polar Express' between the City Station and Tyseley. Preserved LMS Stanier Class 5 4-6-0 5305 'Alderman AE Draper' is seen taking charge of the runs with London Transport 20142 on the rear for support. I highly recommend this experience, either for families or if you just wish to see some steam action in Brum! Let's hope it returns for 2021 after COVID stuck an arrow in the plans for 2020.
