West Coast Railways 34067 'Tangmere' Works 'The Edinburgh Flyer' And Other Moves
Over the weekend I was very happy that my favourite WCR steam loco Tangmere was on the Edinburgh Flyer, meaning I had to get some great footage.
I didn't capture anything on sunday as Tangmere's move back to base was cancelled despite waiting out for it.
Firstly, see 47804 lead Tangmere and the consist through Church Fenton with some good power and horns.
Next, 34067 is seen heading to Holgate support coach first.
Then, see 34067 steam back into York quietly.
After that, see 47848 run up to York whilst Tangmere is in the platform, ready to follow.
Then, Tangmere throws it all out leaving York with a great display and lots of slip.
Finally, see 47848 leave York slowly with horns.
