Great Western IET NON STOP at Worcestershire Parkway & ROG 37608 Castle set GW11 for Storage at ELY
We see the unusual event of a Worcester Bound service passing non stop at Worcestershire Parkway, originally scheduled to be a London Paddington - Hereford service, this was running as a London Paddington - Worcester Shrub Hill service due to the major delay on the service and in an attempt to get the back working towards London running to time.
Great Western Railway also said GOODBYE to another one of its castle class sets (GW11) seen passing Worcestershire Parkway with ROG 37608 at the helm. This is seen heading Northbound to Ely for storage.
