A Class 377 electric multiple unit, numbered 377132, was observed on the Medway Valley Line at Beltring. The train was deployed due to a shortage of other rolling stock and marked a rare occurrence of a 377 operating on this route. It was working services between Paddock Wood and Strood. The unit had previously been in service with Southern and is noted as one of the few ex-Southern livery units to appear on the line.
