New loco mileage for Jeremy Hosking today with 90026 and BR Class 8 71000 'Duke of Gloucester' in charge of his private train headed to Carlisle from London Euston. See the loco change in Crewe, with a switch from the 25Kv Class 90 to the Duke for steam over Shap to Carlisle.

Also seen is a 3 loco DRS mixed class loco convoy with the Class 88, 66 and 68 working headed to Gresty Bridge TMD from Stoke Marcroft Engineering.
