Steam Loco 73096 + ED 73108 on Alton Specials 25th May 1998
The Daylight Limited Rail Tour company ran several trips from Alton to Ash Vale and return on 25th May 1998 with steam locomotive 73096 and accompanied by Electro Diesel Locomotive 73108 the other end of the stock. I captured the trains on video at Bentley station in Hampshire and the Alice Holt Forest also in Bentley. In addition I saw the train at Farnham Station in Surrey and Isington between Bentley and Alton. I do hope this video entertains and evokes old fond memories of the British Railway Scene of that era.
