West Byfleet Station
22nd March 2013
On a bit of a windy March day I visited, for a change in location, to capture Steam Locomotive 35028 'Clan Line' on her round trip from London Victoria via Shalford (Guildford), at West Byfleet Station hauling the British Pullman 'Luncheon Special'. Amongst the everyday captures of EMU Classes 444, 450s and 455s in SWT livery on their routine runs in and out of London Waterloo, serving the South West and East region, also the Class 159s on the Salisbury/Exeter /London Waterloo route. To make things a little more of interest I used a lot of Telephoto in composing these shots so I sincerely hope this video takes you back to the period with fond memories and feel free to comment, good or bad, all comments are read, and greatly appreciated. Many thanks as always to all subscribers and for the likes, also to all those viewers who view my material. If you have enjoyed this production, then please like and subscribe...
