A day out at a slightly different location this time, presenting Taunton! This turned out to be a superb choice, though the typical British weather brought rays of sunshine and periods of heavy rain, the wind didn't fail to also make the air temperature a bitter three degrees! Despite this I managed to capture CrossCountry Class 220's and 221's heading to and from the West Country to places afar, as well as GWR HST's heading to and from the West Country into and out of London - the variety is great! I decided to go to Taunton after seeing DRS were running a special ECS service on behalf of TPE with the ex Virgin Pretendolino stock, which I have never seen before, so chose this location as the train was due to stop at Taunton for a little over 20 minutes. As the service was early, the train stopped for a little over 30 minutes in the end thanks to very relaxed timings between Exeter and Taunton giving me a chance to look around the train (not featured).
