Colas 37099 Gives It The Mega Working 3Q98 Ultrasonic Test Train 28/5/25
37099 was allocated to the six monthly Scarborough Ultrasonic Test and with it not being powercars I knew I had to go out and see it. It did not disappoint, with a legend at the helm.
First, see Merl Evans wind out of York Holgate Sidings headed for Church Fenton so it can access the Scarborough line, after the train clears the sidings 099 revs and then fully opens up with mega ilkley horns.
Then, after reversal at the Fenton, 37099 rolls down the branch towards Scarborough, once again opening the taps with some great horns.
Thanks for watching!
