High Speed Vectrons on IRE200 - Wendlingen - Ulm, 1/3/23

Channel: HSTHoward
Player
Description
In December 2022 a new high speed line between Wendlingen - Ulm Hbf opened, with local services being operated with Vectrons & former stock which ran between Nürnberg & München. Locos out on this day were: 193 246 & 193 247, 193 242 & 193 248.

Clips are seen at Wendlingen & the only station in between: Merklingen Schwäbische Alb, of which there is absolutely nothing there and the hour I was sat there went by slowly 😅.

The line will eventually open through to Stuttgart Hbf.

Enjoy!
