Trains at Hinton Admiral - 7/7/25

Welcome back to another video from SpottersUK, Today we're located on the South Western Mainline between Bournemouth and Southampton Central at Hinton Admiral. Hinton Admiral is a station I have never visited before and considering the South Western Mainline is my local line, decided I would see the station and give you my thoughts.

Hinton admiral receives one stopping service in either direction towards Bournemouth and Southampton Central an hour which I felt was reasonable considering I only saw one other passenger in the one and half hours I was sat at the station. the station is rather small and discreet however there are excellent views in either direction. furthermore, Trains that pass the station really go through at some speed which is a bonus if Passing services are more your thing. The variety on show has improved slightly with the varied SWR Livery's and also the occasional Cross Country services which pass through. I would recommend Hinton Admiral for a station as it was rather pleasant station to film at and I rather enjoyed my time there, however it is rather similar to a number of stations along this stretch of line including Sway, Beaulieu Road and Ashurst New Forest to name a few.
