We got back to 2004 with this upload, to the Pathfinder Tours Northern Lights railtour. We start at Crewe with 50 031 arriving, see Warrington Bank Quay and Wigan EWS CRDC before arriving at Preston. Here 50 031 comes off and class 40, 40 145 comes on. We finish with arriving and departing shots at Carlisle plus some trains passing through the station. These shots come from some old DVDs passed to me by a railway friend, from an ex driver who produced a few gems which i will upload over time. They were filmed on mini video tapes and transferred to DVD (& now MP4) so the quality varies, plus the guy filming never panned around on the trains he was filming for some strange reason!
