A Hertfordshire Railtours trip from London Paddington [not seen in this video] to Cardiff Central with 33109 & 33116, where 56040 "Oystermouth" was attached to the rear of the train to allow top and tail working to Tower & Cwm Bargoed. Some very good Crompton thrash was captured on the way to Cwm Bargoed and the light remained long enough for people to get off the train and record the event for posterity with little concern about "Health & Safety". Simpler times!
