Continuing with my archive of video recording between the years of 1986 to 2001 this clip is of locations that I visited where not a lot of video footage was attained. Taken during 1993 covering up to the end of July of that year we start off this volume with a visit to Peak Forest Sidings. A noticeable decline in activity was apparent upon this visit but still of interest. Next we visit the little country station of Bentley in Hampshire then next we're off to Wales and Aberthaw East Junction to see the coal traffic. Heading further north into the Lake District (Just) Carnforth where I captured the class 31 loco hauled train to Barrow. Salfords near Redhill on the Gatwick line is next where a busy commuter scene is witnessed and finally to Great Malvern where a mundane passenger service to Worcester and Hereford with DMU class 150 Sprinters. I hope this video takes you back to this period with fond memories.
