Due to structural concerns about the bridge at Lewisham, meant a ban on ALL freight traffic that way meaning that all freight services had to be diverted via Bromley South, Tonbridge & the Medway Valley Line. This was fantastic as this mean that these routes turned very busy compared to usual for freight trains! This ban went on until the end of the year. It wasn't great news for Southeastern as these trains often clashed on the busy line north of Tonbridge and freight was usually given priority! They were usually very heavy and slow up the steep inclines from Tonbridge to Orpington delaying passenger trains regularly. Also seen are blue & white 375's during their refurbishment programme.
