Description
While Camelot enjoyed her holidays on the Severn Valley Railway this weekend, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tPeP6KY515I&t=3715s we take a long overdue visit to the Bluebell railway for the first time in well over a decade, where we were greeted with a great atmosphere on the railway as they were holding their 5th Annual Beer Festival!

The star locomotive originally planned to be in action was new build GWR saint 2999 ‘Lady of Legend’ but owing to a fault she was sidelined to be rectified ahead of the lines autumn steam gala, and a very worthy substitute came from the lines own new build project, the LBSCR H2 Atlantic 32424 ‘Beachy Head’ which was in action instead alongside Dutch liveried Crompton 33108, visiting from the Severn Valley Railway.

Enjoy all the action from the line, including a ride behind both the steam and diesel services and soak up the atmosphere from the engine shed at Sheffield Park where live music was performed by the Reminiscents to a backdrop of locomotives and a great selection of beers and ciders!
