Visiting locomotives and attractions in action included Rail Adventure HST Class 43 Power Cars 43080 and 43068, Hanson & Hall Class 50 50008 âThundererâ and fellow classmate 50021 âRodneyâ / âDaveâ, Freightliner Class 59 59104 âVillage of Great Elmâ and the London Underground 4TC set.
These were supported by the home fleet Class 20s D8059 (20059) and D8188 (20188) and Class 47 47579 âJames Nightall GCâ, as well as shunters working a brake van lash up between Alresford and Ropley! 50027 was also open for cab visits at Ropley to see how repairs were progressing, and there were plenty of great movements and exhibits to see during a very enjoyable day! | 14.07.2024
