TRAINS at Stafford Station…inc ROYAL TRAIN. 50050 Returns. 17 Coach Rail Tour Stock. Class 20 Galore

Trip down to Stafford station. Don’t know where to start really…
Usual freight trains, traffic which was very frequent during a 6 hour period. Duration time 10;20 to 16;20
First interesting working was 37521 dragging the Rail freight choppers 20118 & 20132 to Barrow Hill
Freightliner livery 90046 back in service on two test runs after a long period of time off the rails !!
The Royal train was out & about working from Wolverton up to Crewe & back
The greatest gathering 90018 made an appearance on a freightliner heading down south
57012 dragging two Cromptons 33207 & 33025 with a grand total of 17 coaches heading back up to Carnforth
Choppers 20096 & 20107 heading down to the Severn Valley Railway to bring some stock back up to LSL’s Carlisle depot
90007 returning to Crewe Basford Hall light engine after attending a name ceremony at London Euston
Finally after an hour late was the return working from Barrow Hill to Crewe H.S. 37521 dragging hoover 50050 (shame it wasn’t leading as it was originally) suffered brake issues outside Barrow Hill. Sure it will have a test run to Chester at some stage.
As you can see very epic day at Stafford. List of all the working from today below
