Third working from Chinnor NO CLASS 50 and everything is getting later and later.
We hear the class 50 is ticking over nicely at Chinnor, so why is it not being used.??
Fourth working from Chinnor NO CLASS 50, I give up and went to pub for lunch.
AT LAST the class 50 was on the fifth working from Chinnor which was now about two hour late.
I was told the one HST 43046 had failed so it was a very disappointing indeed for the people who had pay good money to travel on trains to be hauled by different locos but mostly got 37227.
As you can see from my channel I just love the sound from a class 37, but I have to say I didn't get much of that with the speed restriction on this line.
So I think it will be a long time before I venture to another gala at this railway as this one was not run very well.
If someone knows the reasons why this all happened pleased tell me.
