A trip to the Isle of Wight was in order on the 16th of October 2020, to get some shots of the 1938 stock - which had a little over 2 months left in service at the time of recording. The trains had appalling reliability with a reduced service/no service at all occurring quite regularly. During my visit there was only one train out until mid afternoon, where another unit was repaired in time for the rest of the days service. Units out were 483006 & 483008.
