Scottish 'Push Pull Tour'. DBSO and 47/7 return to Scotland
Day 1, Starting from Crewe we headed straight for Edinburgh via the WCML, arriving for a long evening for some beers in the capital.
An early start Saturday on Day 2 sees the set take two return trips between Edinburgh and Glasgow. From which I only completed the first, taking time to explore Glasgow. Later in the afternoon we headed up to Inverness, again leaving another generous evening.
Day 3, Sunday was to be the longest of them all. Starting from Inverness heading to Aberdeen, Glasgow, Edinburgh and onto Crewe via the ECML.
A rail tour featuring the recreation of a Scottish Push Pull set operated over three days, covering key locations in Scotland. The journey began from Crewe, heading to Edinburgh via the West Coast Main Line. On the second day, the train made return trips between Edinburgh and Glasgow before traveling to Inverness. The final day saw the set travel from Inverness to Aberdeen, Glasgow, Edinburgh, and back to Crewe via the East Coast Main Line. The event marked the first tour of the year for LSL's Intercity Brand.
