Description
On 22/04/2014 Pathfinder ran a positioning move after working with the class 37's on the heart of Wales Line the day before, returning to Crewe from Eastleigh with the stock and locos. A opporunity was not to be missed as passengers were allowed to travel on the 37's from multiple drop off and pick up points, meaning I could travel for £20 from Filton to Craven Arms. The video contains all of the locations, but the route for me was Filton, Patchway, Severn Tunnel, Maindee North, Abergavenny, Hereford Up Goods Loop and then Craven Arms. The locos on the front were 37611 + 37612 and the train was running as 1Z51 Eastleigh - Whitchurch. Many thanks to Pathfinder and DRS.
