Chasing (kind of) The DB Pullman around Berkshire!
We first saw the train working westbound from London King’s Cross, passing through Theale at speed with both locos looking absolutely spot on. Later on, we repositioned to Newbury to catch it again on the return leg — this time heading back towards London Euston with 67021 leading.
Yes… we were kind of chasing it today 👀 and managed to catch it twice!
On the way back we were lucky enough to get a proper horn tone from 67021 which made the whole trip even better 🎶 Unfortunately no tone on the outward run, but still an incredible sight seeing these two Class 67s working together on a luxury Pullman charter.
This video is pure action — no talking, just raw locomotive power, speed and atmosphere for you to enjoy.
