A very quiet month on the railways, not only because I can't be bothered to deal with the weather, there never seems to be too much running. Today 37418 headed back to Colas after spending the last few months on Thunderbird duties with Transport for Wales, with the lack of runnning the loco is seen to be showing some signs of wear clagging well as it passes Tram Inn working from Rhymnney to Coleham from where its likely to be forwarded to Derby. Skip back a few weeks to one of the first railtours of the year 47593 and 47853 are seen running around in Hereford after working a railtour over the Settle and Carlise line, a bitterly cold evening.. Thanks for taking the time to watch and lets look forward to the next year of trains!
