Starting at Clifton, we catch the tour as it powers out of Manchester, with the midwinter sunrise illuminating the city in the distance. We then get ahead of the tour at Bamber Bridge, accelerating through the station away from Lostock Hall and towards Blackburn. Next, 44932 makes a water stop at Hellifield, before seeing her after joining the Settle & Carlisle Line. Finally, we catch the train on it's assent of Shap, powering around the curve south of Penrith through Clifton & Lowther.
