In addition to 46100, another Stanier 4-6-0 took to the rails, in the form of LMS Black Five 44806, recently returned from overhaul at the end of 2023 having been withdrawn from traffic at the start of 2018. With 46100 running pre-booked services, 44806 carried the NYMR's dining service in the early afternoon.
