Got off with finishing an Early shift at work and thought i would be fine until i was notified of the Convoy that was due to come through Bicester North in the evening and well of course i couldn;t resist going up for it as there was a few locos in it than i needed to tick off.
It sure was a nice evening, What could go wrong? Well nearly a silver set would have ruined it had the convoy not sped up. But after all the convoy was chasing a London Marylebone service and was looking like it heading infront of the Oxford-London service but had to stop before the signal after a reports of a problem on the 31... But thankfully nothing came alight and it was all good to continue forward... :)
