Southern Railway Bulleid Pacifics also made an apperance, with Merchant Navy 35008 'Peninsular and Oriental Steam Navigation Co. Ltd.' running alongside visiting Light Pacific 34028 'Eddystone', with a double headed service with the two locomotives, plus a recreation of the 1966 LCGB "Mendip Merchantman" tour, with 35008 standing in for sister locomotive 35011 'General Steam Navigation'.
LMS Ivatt 2MT Tank 41312 and Sentinel 7109 'Joyce' also joined the visiting locomotive line-up, with the Sentinel performing shunting demonstrations in the yard at Winchcombe. Rounding off the visitors was Ivo Peters' Mk IV Bentley; Peters is best known for his photographic work of the S&D line from 1948 right through to closure in 1966, with his Bentley frequently appearing in his images. The car's attendance allowed for the unique opportunity to create shots inspired by Peters' work.
