Description
Huge thanks to agdenyer for allowing me to use his Virgin footage; https://www.youtube.com/@agdenyer

Thanks so much for watching this video, this video is in no way intended to be an attack on XC or DfT frontline staff. It is purely intended to be an explainer for why XC are described so frequently as one of Britain’s worst train operators, and hopefully I have partly succeeded in explaining why. I haven’t had time to cover literally everything about Virgin or Arriva XC as that would take all day, but hopefully what I have spoken about today has been interesting to you. I am in no way an expert within the rail industry – the railways are my passion, and I want to see them perform the best they can. I know for a fact that XC can be better, and I will make no apologies for attempting to promote the issues regarding XC, in hopes for a better future.
