Description
It's the end of July 2022 and i'm back in Wakefield. Kirkgate station was always a hotspot for freight traffic in British Rail days but today it's a shadow of its former self. However, freight trains still run through there, and we see DB Carge, Colas & Freightliner workings & light engine moves using class 56, 60, 66 & 70 on cement, biomass, binliner, oil and cement workings. On the passenger trains we see ex BR class 150 & 158 DMUs along with newer class 180 & 195s.
