A British Rail upload now from Westbury in May 1991. There are two large quarries nearby, Foster Yeoman at Merehead and ARC at Whatley, which produce large volumes of freight traffic. We see two workings here, a loaded train heading up to London loaded with stone and an empty working arriving back with a class 56. There's a light engine move and a couple of first generation DMUs plus some Sprinter variety-150, 155 & 158s. This was when the 155s were working the Portsmouth-Cardiff service before they were converted to single car 153s.
