Nov 2019 Plane Spotting Philippines--Manila Ninoy Aquino Airport inc a Boeing 747
Another aircraft vid now, this time taken abroad. Shots of arriving & departing aircraft at Ninoy Aquino International Airport, Manila, Philippines. As with most airports, filming aircraft is never too easy and here is no exception. There is a good spot to watch arrivals on runway 06 (or departures if runway 24 is used) on a bridge on Carlos P Garcia Ave Ext which is where my vid starts. Later on i went around the corner onto Multinational Avenue which is at the threshold of the main runway where you can see arrivals and departing aircraft taxing along and starting their take off roll. The empty yard in front of me nn Carlos P Garcia Ave Ext is now in industrial use and a wire fence has been put up so in order to film the aircraft i am now standing on the wall! There's some good action on this one, a Asiana Airlines Boeing 747, (sadly the very same one i filmed last year!) a couple of airforce (Thai & Malayasian) civilian jets (a 737 & Sukhoi Superjet) and a good variety of airlines and 'heavies' (A330/A350/B747/B777B787) with a few baby Airbus types with PAL, Cebu and Air Asia.
