It's a Summer Saturday in August 1994 and i'm in Norfolk. I arrived on an Inter-City working from Liverpool Street. The 86 failed just south of Ipswich and we were rescued by an RfD class 47 for the trip to Norwich. We see the failed train removed by an 08 and the 47 heading back to Ipswich. Next we are at Great Yarmouth and see the class 47 hauled Inter-City working shunting around, while a Regional Railways class 37 hauled train arrives using a half Inter-City DBSO set. We finish at Norwich with the 37 running round another Norwich Gronk runs in to take the ECS away.
