It's December 2023 and i'm in the Philippines. On this upload we see operations on Philippine National Railway's Metro Manila Tutuban to Alabang Commuter Line. Mostly operated by 50 year old General Electric diesel locomotive plus the odd newer DMU, we see them at work at Alabang, Nichols, Edsa, Blumenritt & a brief shot at Tutuban. This line is now closed for 5 years as the authorities construct the new North-South Commuter Railway Project. I assume there will be new stock and these vintage locomotives will be withdrawn. Also seen, at Alabang, are the local homemade track scooters that locals use to whiz along the railway tracks!
