BR Class 202 to 210 DEMU's in the Pre-Digital Age
(1986 - 1992)
Volume BRDEMU-01
Carrying on with this replacement series, until my archive collection from between the 2000's to the current time is recovered, this feature focuses on the different classes of Diesel Electric Multiple Units, which were introduced to BR from around 1957 up until around 1962 and the prototype Class 210 introduced 1986. This feature includes examples of these wonderful units in their usual operating areas and has some fine shots of the slim line Hastings units just before they were retired in 1986/7. The 205 units nicknames the Hampshire units, named for the general area they worked in, and all were captured on video in jolly old VHS format during the period from 1986 to 1992. I do hope you enjoy the feature and please comment and like, if you feel the video was of some enjoyment and nostalgia to watch.
