The first clip of video shows the steam loco reversing towards Holgate Sidings in York to pick up the empty coaching stock before entering the station to pick up the passengers. Class 47 No. 47832 is the diesel loco at the rear of the train.
The next video scenes show the loco at a stand in York station before departing north.
At Newcastle Central we see the train arriving and departing on its onward journey to Edinburgh.
