In this video we see Colas Rail Class 70 No. 70814 with 6S31 Doncaster Up Decoy to Millerhill enter Newcastle Station and pause for a change of crew, as GBRf class 60 No. 60096 passes on the back line with 6N19 Lynemouth Power Station to the Tyne Coal Terminal. 70814 is then seen accelerating out of the station.
Next Locomotive Services Ltd chart 1Z31 from Stafford to Edinburgh Waverley, a HST Blue Pullman set with 43055 and 43059 either end, passes non stop through the station at a rather slow pace.
