SVR | 7714 & 1450 Unrostered Double Heading! | D2960 ‘Silverspoon’ & 09107 Shunting + Class 108 |
Today’s visit to the SVR turned into a very pleasant surprise. The website had only listed 7714 on the steam diagram, but on arrival at Kidderminster Town we were greeted by the fantastic sight of both 7714 & 1450 working together!
In this video we see:
• Various shunting moves around Kidderminster
• D2960 moving coaching stock around the carriage sidings
• 09107 shunting 20189 around the diesel depot
• The arrival of a Class 108 DMU before we head home
This was actually my second visit to the Severn Valley today after spending earlier in the day chasing the new Class 99s and catching 67006 departing the railway.
A brilliant day on the SVR with plenty of unexpected action throughout!
